We need to keep balance between good and evil.
I think a Can-o-Whoopass
is a good way to keep some of that balance.
I salute the balance keepers who rescued
the young lady kidnapped by pirates this week.
May our balance keepers stay safe, and continue on their
quest for balance.

ReplyDeleteAs ex armed services (UK in the 70's) myself I have utmost respect for any and all armed services personnel male and female, wherever they serve and whatever their task. None of it is easy. They all come back from the middle east changed by it in many ways. They serve so we enjoy the freedoms we do. This is a lovely way of paying tribute to them and to the special services, like the six who rescued the two from the pirates in Somalia, even more respect.
ReplyDeleteThe man who's half my heart was once a paratrooper...love the pic. Mind you, he ended up a little 'unbalanced' but all good. Hmm maybe I will enter...there's a story in there somewhere.
